    I agree. We get to read a lot about the oneness of things that it never appears anything but a metaphor. But when you look at the concept closely, you start wondering why nobody sees it that way.

    Very thought provoking post Vimoh.

    Some years back, I realized that suppressing anger causes depression (depression is frozen rage). So my suggestion would be not to try suppressing anger. But channel anger.

    Being a normal un-zen-like human, I can't get rid of my anger. So I started following a few guidelines... (well - I follow them at least most of the time. There are instances in the heat of the moment when I forget them too...)

    1. Never point out a problem without giving a possible solution.

    2. Always keep your voice decibel level a note below the other person. (If you keep your voice low, you'll evade all angry arguments.)

    3. Try diffusing the angry situation with goofiness.
